We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Director to lead our organization's recruitment efforts and talent strategy. You will also be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
Key to this role is the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuously improve recruitment processes. You will monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and provide insights to optimize sourcing strategies and enhance the effectiveness of our talent acquisition function.
In addition, you will lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. This includes managing relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, and representing the company at industry events and career fairs.
The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership and communication skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for building high-performing teams. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
